Aufgrund der steigenden Nachfrage nach PE-B\u00e4ndern als Dichtungen wurde die selbst\u00e4ndige Business Unit Imbema Kunststofchemie B.V. gegr\u00fcndet und am Wilsonsplein in Haarlem gegr\u00fcndet. Im selben Jahr wurde eine der ersten Anwendungen entwickelt: selbstklebendes PE-Band.<\/span><\/p>\n

Internationale Registrierung der Handelsmarke SIREX<\/strong><\/p>\n

1975 wurde SIREX in den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern als unsere eigene Marke eingetragen. Nachdem immer mehr Kunden au\u00dferhalb dieser Grenzen hinzukamen, wurde der Markenname 1976 auch international registriert. Dies war der Beginn einer breiten Palette eigener Produkte, unter anderem f\u00fcr die Marktsegmente Sport und Freizeit, Bau und Industrie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Entstehung der Campingmatten<\/span><\/h3>\n

Nachdem wir mehrere Jahre lang PE-B\u00e4nder verkauft hatten, kamen wir in Kontakt mit Outdoor-Gesch\u00e4ften, die Interesse an D\u00e4mmplatten von 200x50x1 cm hatten. Diese wurden als Isolierung unter Schlafs\u00e4cken verwendet. Daraus entstanden die SIREX-Campingmatten. Dadurch wurde zus\u00e4tzliches Produktionsvolumen f\u00fcr die Maschinen zur Herstellung von PE-Schaumstoffen geschaffen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entwicklung der Schwimmbadabdeckung<\/span><\/h3>\n

Der erste Typ der SIREX-Schwimmbadabdeckung wurde in den 1980er Jahren entwickelt. Auch heute noch ist es ein Qualit\u00e4tsprodukt von ISMT. Die Schwimmbadabdeckung SIREX sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die W\u00e4rme im Schwimmbad gehalten wird und weniger Chlor verdunstet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um dies zu unterbrechen, wurde SIREX Casco Schaumstoff entwickelt. Aufgrund seiner flexiblen Eigenschaften war es leicht zu verarbeiten. Auch dieses Produkt wurde durch Flammkaschierung hergestellt und reduzierte den Trittschall erheblich.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bei Umbauten wurden die Fliesen immer \u00fcbereinander geklebt. Der Umbau von C100 zu Plus in Arnheim ist das erste Projekt, bei dem Sylcer<\/span>-D\u00e4mmung unter den neuen Fliesenboden geklebt wurde. Das Ergebnis war so gut, dass dies zum Standard f\u00fcr Jumbo bei Renovierungen\/Umbauten wurde. Danach werden zahlreiche andere Einzelhandelsketten dem Beispiel von Jumbo folgen.<\/p>\n

ISMT setzt PE-Schaumstoffe in gro\u00dfem Umfang ein. Fr\u00fcher landeten Reststreifen und -folien aus unserer eigenen Produktion und von unseren Kunden direkt in der Reststofftonne. Heutzutage wird es zermahlen und zu einem Rohstoff verarbeitet, der unter anderem als Unterlage f\u00fcr Spielplatzger\u00e4te verwendet wird. Was f\u00fcr das eine Unternehmen Abfall ist, ist f\u00fcr das andere ein Rohstoff. Indem wir einen gro\u00dfen Teil unserer PE-Schaumstoffabf\u00e4lle als Rohstoff anbieten, haben wir bereits im ersten Jahr rund 400 m3<\/sup> Abfall reduziert, Tendenz steigend.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nach einer langen Vorbereitungszeit ziehen wir in ein neues B\u00fcro und Lager in den Niederlanden um. Dieser Standort am K\u00fcppersweg 18 in Haarlem ist mit den modernsten Einrichtungen wie zus\u00e4tzlicher Isolierung, LED-Beleuchtung, Fu\u00dfbodenheizung, Oberlichtern im Lager und Laderampen ausgestattet. Au\u00dferdem beziehen wir unser neues B\u00fcro in Deutschland in der Ludwig-Herr-Strasse 23 in
Kornwestheim. Alles in allem werden wir damit f\u00fcr die Zukunft ger\u00fcstet sein.<\/span><\/p>\n
