SIREX® PE VA35

SIREX PE VA35 is a closed-cell cross-linked PE foam with EVA copolymer and has a density of 35 kg/m3. In general, the material is tougher and more resilient than standard PE foams.

Standard size of a base block (colour black) is 2000 x 1000 x 32 mm.
Quality is available in a variety of colors.

PROCESSES AND APPLICATIONS
The SIREX PE VA35 is available in the desired thickness and shape. For example, the following processing techniques can be applied to the material: skiving, laminating, cutting, punching, milling, water-jetting, laser, butt welding, self-adhesive and thermoforming.

Some applications of the SIREX PE VA35 are:
Industrial gaskets, mats (sports mats, sleeping mats, etc.) protective padding (knee pads that are durable and resilient to repeated impact), cutting – punching parts and various orthopaedic and medical products.
For the medical industry the material can be carefully packed for cleanroom purposes.
