SIREX Cascofoam
ACOUSTIC DECOUPLING OF PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS
SIREX Cascofoam for the acoustic and thermal decoupling of prefabricated concrete and sand-lime brick elements in residential, apartment and commercial construction.
SIREX Cascofoam is composed of a core of a flexible polyurethane foam, which is coated on both sides with a PU skin. Depending on the hull cavity width. SIREX Casco is supplied in easy-to-use strips and contains no CFCs or other harmful irritants.
Applications
SIREX Cascofoam has been specially developed for the acoustic and thermal decoupling of prefabricated concrete and sand-lime brick elements in residential, apartment and commercial buildings.
Advantages
Thanks to its smooth impressionable core and durable PE outer sides, SIREX Cascofoam is easy to process and install as a durable seal at vertical “cut” and horizontal “bottom stop” joints of precast concrete elements.
Prevents, among other things, the influx of mortar mortar into the foundation and foundations during assembly and disassembly of the shell.
No annoying noise bridges in the cavity that significantly affect the impact sound reduction index of the dwelling and the interconnected dwellings.
Lightweight, durably elastic, resistant to all weathering and has a high mechanical resistance, which prevents it from crumbling during the “open” building phase.
