SIREX® PE N29

SIREX PE N29 is a closed-cell cross-linked PE foam with a density of 29 kg/m3.

Standard size of a base block is 2000 x 1200 x 53 mm. Also available in following other sizes:

• 2000 x 1200 x 102 mm
• 2000 x 1000 x 52 mm

PROCESSES AND APPLICATIONS
The SIREX PE N29 is available in desired thickness and shape. For example, the following processing techniques can be applied to the material: skiving, laminating, cutting, punching, milling, water-jetting, laser, butt welding, self-adhesive and thermoforming.

Some applications of the SIREX PE N29 are:
Packaging, inlays, presentation sample books, boat fenders, storage, seals / gaskets, electronics (CN & SD grades), cutting – punching parts, healthcare (thanks to inert grades) and thermoforming parts.
For the medical industry the material can be carefully packed for cleanroom purposes.
